Team RE/MAX set to battle in local CrossFit Competition

The most recent addition to RE/MAX adventure sports teams will be kicking off in a local CrossFit event hosted by 8th Day Gym in Grand Rapids. The GR Games is one of the most anticipated competitions of the year, bringing together some of the fittest athletes across multiple states. Representing team RE/MAX this year is your very own Kevin Ahrens, Leo Martinez, and Brenden DeVries. All athletes are members of Crossfit Allendale, bringing some high-level training and multiple years experience.

The competition is split into two divisions across two days; Saturday, September 22 & Sunday, September 23. The RE/MAX team will be competing on Saturday what’s known as the ‘RX division’. Each day will be a mix of high-intensity weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance. It will be a spectacular showcase of men and women who represent the great community of CrossFit.
