City Built Brewing is one of the best places to grab a drink and food in downtown Grand Rapids. They’ve become our hub for hangouts after our Thursday night city rides and are the newest sponsor of our cycling team! We were beyond excited to get a backstage pass to one of our favorite breweries in town! Owner, Eddie Collazo, took some time out of his busy schedule to hook us up and show us around! When our hometown is labeled as Beer City, it comes with a high expectation of quality and experience, and City Built delivers all of that! Recently, they won West Michigan Food and Beverage’s Brewery of the Year! I can personally say from our extensive brewery research (LOL) that City Built has a great thing going.
Not only will you find an amazing beer that impresses your taste buds, but you will also find a food menu that exceeds your expectation. Established in 2017, City Built Brewing Company has continued to thrive even through the ups and downs COVID and are now becoming a local favorite. If you’ve ever been downtown to walk along the river or to check out Art Prize or any of the nightlife you will know this is in the hub of it all. Don’t just take our word for it!
